Preston City Council formally issues Regulation 18 Decision Statement on Barton Neighbourhood Plan to enable plan to proceed to referendum

Following the 5 day call-in period, Preston City Council has now formally issued their Regulation18 Decision Statement accepting the examiners recommendations. As such, the Barton Neighbourhood Plan will be proceeding to referendum on Thursday 9th November.
