Development to begin at Land South of Station Lane to create 68no homes for the village

10th of January, 2022

The Parish Council has recieved notification that the Sovani Group will begin works on the development at Land South of Station Lane on Monday 10th January 2022.

These works will take around 24 months to complete and will result in the development of 68no dwellings.

All documents associated with this development, including layout and highways works, can be viewed on the planning pages of Preston City Councils website.
